Etsy Spotlight

Since I've started writing this blog, I've been looking into fashion, art, jewellery etc more to inspire my posts and just to see whats out there. Last night I found myself window shopping and etsy and have to say I am totally blown away by some of the talent on there. I don't really consider myself that creative, not in a practical making things sense anyway. I think my blog kinda shows that. Anyway, I thought I'd devote a post each week to a favourite seller on etsy because untapped talent like this deserves to be seen. Plus it gives me the chance to post some pictures of gorgeous things which is always good....

This week, the etsy spotlight is on mylavaliere who sells jewellery and donates a portion of the purchase price to charities such as unicef. As if you need a good reason to buy these gorgeous items anyway, but now your buys will help out in various parts of the world :) The shop has a number of vintage type necklaces, rings, bracelets and hair accessories. These are some my favourite pieces:

How lovely are these?! I was practically jumping up and down with excitement on seeing the sewing maching necklace and found it unbelieveable hard not to purchase anything. I did by some prints, which I will show once I've received them :)
